Of inquiry requesting the President of the United States to furnish certain information to the House of Representatives relating to the operations of the Social Security Administration after January 20, 2025, including information on the Department of Government Efficiency's access to the Social Security Administration and to information in the possession of such Administration.

The resolution would direct the President to furnish the House of Representatives, no later than 14 days after adoption, copies of any document, record, audio recording, memorandum, call log, correspondence, audit trail, written agreement, or other communication relating to seven specific topics: DOGE's access to or use of SSA information technology systems; DOGE or Elon Musk team visits to SSA offices; SSA's compliance with a series of executive orders issued in January and February 2025; daily call volumes to SSA's national toll-free number; daily calls and visitor counts at SSA field offices and card centers; the closure or consolidation of SSA offices in 2025; and reductions in SSA staff in 2025.
